2022.09-至今,华南师范大学电子与信息工程学院,特聘研究员;

研究方向

★ Ⅲ-Ⅴ族、GaAs、Bi2Te3基半导体异质结光电器件:光电探测、光电催化、光电化学传感等;

★ 拓扑量子材料异质结在能源转化与存储中的电子/离子输运研究:锂硫电池、锂/钠/锌离子电池。
