Ⅲ-Ⅴ族、GaTeSeSBi2Te3基半导体异质结光电器件:光电探测、光()催化、光电化学传感等;

拓扑量子材料异质结在能源转化与存储中的电子/离子输运研究:锂硫电池、锂//锌离子电池。
